FAQ's

 1. ARE YOU INSURED? 

Yes, we are fully insured against any unfortunate accidents. Although weve never had anyone trip over a speaker wire, its always a good idea to offer this protection. Some catering facilities require that djs provide their own insurance.

2. WILL THE DJ DISCUSS MUSIC SELECTION AHEAD OF TIME AND BE WILLING TO PLAY REQUESTS FOR OUR GUESTS? 

Absolutely! Our extensive music libraries contain thousands upon thousands of song titles, and in the rare event we dont have your special songs, well get them! There are very rare exceptions when a certain version of a song cant be obtained due to licensing laws.

3. WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
We use only professional, highest-quality gear from names like Denon, Mackie, QSC, Community, Rane, JBL, Crown, etc. Although these brands are not familiar to most people, that is because they are designed for mobile use, which can be very demanding. We can assure you a non-stop, worry-free performance.
4. DOES THE DJ KNOW PROPER WEDDING ETIQUETTE AND PROTOCOL?
Our many years of experience have given us the skills and expertise to know what to do and when to do it. We'll work with everyone involved, including your guests, to make sure everything runs smoothly.
5. WILL THE ENTERTAINMENT BE SET-UP PRIOR AND BE READY AT THE START OF THE RECEPTION?
Yes! Even if your schedule changes (and this is typical), dont be concerned. Well be ready before any of your guests arrive. Nothing says poor taste like a dj bringing in equipment while your guests are enjoying the cocktail hour.

6. WILL YOU SEND ME A CONTRACT?

Yes. When you decide to book us for your next event, we will send you a simple, easy to understand form. We wont confuse you with countless details that we deal with on a day-to-day basis. You have enough to worry about!

7. WILL THE DJ BE DRESSED APPROPRIATELY?
We always dress in tuxedos for wedding receptions, and dress appropriately for other events.

 

8. DO YOU BELONG TO ANY PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATIONS?

We are proud members of The American Disc Jockey Association,  DJs Against Bulling, and The Knot.

9. ARE WE GUARANTEED THAT YOU WILL PERSONALLY DJ OUR EVENT?
Yes. When you book us, you get us! We dont subcontract to other djs we dont trust.

10. HOW MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE? 

We have over 35 years  experience. We can answer any questions you may have, and no situation that may arise will surprise us.

11. DO YOU HAVE REFERENCES? 

References are available upon request and we encourage clients to ask for and use them.

12. DO YOU HAVE A SONG LIST WE CAN REVIEW?
Our extensive music libraries contain so much information that a printed version is not practical. We will have your special songs and requests, and much, much more!
13. WOULD WE BE ABLE TO SEE YOU PERFORM SOMEWHERE?

14. WHAT DO YOU CHARGE?

We understand that your special day can be quite expensive, but you shouldnt hire a dj based on price alone.
